Australia’s pioneering solar brand, Solahart, has secured its seventh Canstar Blue award in five years, reinforcing its position as a leader in customer satisfaction.

The company recently received the ‘Most Satisfied Customers’ award in the Hot Water Systems category of the 2024 Canstar Blue Awards, following a consecutive win in the Solar Installers category earlier this year.

Since its inception in 1953, Solahart has installed over one million solar water heaters globally and more than one million solar power panels in Australia.

Stephen Cranch, General Manager at Solahart Industries, attributes this ongoing success to the company’s nationwide dealer network and their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.

“Receiving our seventh Canstar Blue Award for Most Satisfied Customers is a true honour and a testament to Solahart’s commitment to going above and beyond for customers,” said Cranch.

He emphasised the crucial role of their extensive network of dedicated dealers in achieving this milestone.

Canstar Blue, Australia’s most trusted consumer comparison site, conducts annual surveys to identify leading brands in various categories.

In the Hot Water Systems category, Solahart outperformed competitors for the fourth time, having previously held the title in 2019, 2020, and 2023.

The company received five-star ratings for overall satisfaction, features and functionality, value for money, performance, and design.

Solahart’s excellence extends beyond hot water systems, with the company also winning the ‘Most Satisfied Customers’ award in the Solar Installers category in 2020, 2023, and 2024.

“This means we now proudly hold the prestigious 2024 awards in both categories,” Cranch noted.

Alongside its commitment to customer satisfaction, Solahart continues to invest in innovative water heating technology.

The company offers a comprehensive range of solar products, including:

  • Solar water heaters
  • Solar power systems
  • Battery storage systems
  • Heat pumps
  • Solahart PowerStore (Australia’s first solar-smart electric water heater)
  • EV chargers
  • Home Energy Management System (HEMS)

Mr Cranch emphasised the importance of providing smart, accessible solutions for harnessing green energy, especially given the urgent need to transition to clean electrification.

“Solahart’s innovative, smart solar products will continue to support customers to capture and store more energy from the sun, save on their energy bills, and future-proof their homes,” he stated.

As Solahart celebrates over 70 years in the industry, this latest accolade further cements its reputation as a trusted name in solar energy solutions for Australian consumers.
