Australia Wind Energy 2026 (AuWE2026), Australia’s largest onshore and offshore wind energy conference and exhibition, will return to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) on 8–9 July 2026, marking its 6th edition.

Building on five successful editions, AuWE2026 will continue to serve as a key national platform bringing together policymakers, developers, investors, utilities, supply chain leaders and regional stakeholders to advance Australia’s onshore and offshore wind sectors.

Conference Program Highlights

AuWE2026 will feature six dedicated conference tracks, offering deep insights into policy, investment, infrastructure and technology developments across the wind energy value chain:

  • AuWE2026 Strategic Summit – Policy, regulation and investment leadership shaping Australia’s wind transition
  • Unlocking Wind Capital Forum – Connecting projects with capital and investors
  • WindGrid Transmission Forum – Addressing grid integration and transmission challenges
  • Offshore WindTECH Summit – Accelerating offshore wind innovation and deployment
  • Onshore WindNEXT Summit – Showcasing next-generation onshore wind solutions
  • Regional Development Forum – Driving regional growth, jobs and community prosperity

Australia’s Largest Wind Energy Exhibition & Networking

The event will host 200+ exhibitors, showcasing solutions across development, construction, grid, operations, digitalisation and workforce development.

Delegates will also benefit from 30+ structured networking opportunities, including industry breakfasts, happy hour networking, 1-to-1 meetings, networking lounges, and the Sustainability & Diversity Gala Dinner.

Global Participation & Industry Initiatives

AuWE2026 will welcome international country delegations and pavilions from leading clean energy markets including the Netherlands, Spain, the UK, Japan, Korea and Singapore, alongside dedicated initiatives such as the Women in Net-Zero Future Program and Start-up Innovation Challenge.
