APA Group has officially launched the Dugald River Solar Farm (DRSF) — Australia's largest remote grid solar farm — supporting MMG, Mount Isa Mines, and New Century with solar energy backed by gas from APA’s nearby Diamantina Power Station.

Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), India's largest renewable energy company, has achieved a significant milestone by operationalising 1,000 MW of solar energy capacity at the world's largest renewable energy park in Khavda, Gujarat.

Genex completes 50MW/100MWh Bouldercombe Battery Project
Genex Power Limited has completed the construction of the 50MW/100MWh Bouldercombe Battery Project in Rockhampton, Queensland, its first large-scale battery energy storage project (BESS).
The installation of two replacement Megapacks was completed in November 2023, with testing and final hold point tests completed in December 2023.
Genex granted the final construction milestone and made the final payments to Tesla, after recovering full costs associated with a minor fire event at the project.

Contreras Earl Architecture (CEA) has launched a futuristic new proposal for an air taxi hub at Batman Park on the Yarra River working with Skyportz® and Pascall+Watson Architects.
The proposal is to replace the park’s existing helipad with a new purpose-built vertiport to accommodate the introduction of clean, quiet, electric air taxis. La Trobe University’s Melbourne (Bundoora) campus has been recertified 6 Stars under the Green Star Communities rating tool by the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA).

Lab tests reveal green helium reservoir’s high concentration
An ASX-listed Australian-based junior believes it may have come across one of the largest untapped green helium reserves in the world.
Earlier this month, Noble Helium Ltd confirmed that lab testing of the substance from the Mbelele prospect at its North Rukwa project in Tanzania had returned high helium concentrations of 2.46 per cent.
The results are in line with the company’s initial field calculations based on the gas recovered from helium-enriched fluids across multiple reservoirs during a two well drilling campaign conducted during the December quarter.
