Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases Group appoints Jeff Mumford as Executive Vice President



Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases Group, a subsidiary of Nikkiso Co. Ltd.’s Industrial Business segment, has announced the appointment of Jeff Mumford as its new Executive Vice President of Operations and Manufacturing, effective January 2, 2025.

In his new role, Mumford will oversee global operations and manufacturing, as well as manage several corporate departments, including IT, Facilities, Safety Health Environmental and Quality (SHEQ), and Project Management.

Mumford’s journey with Nikkiso began in 2016 when he joined as a project manager.

Since then, he has steadily climbed the corporate ladder, holding various leadership positions such as Procurement Director, Project Management Director, and General Manager at the Group’s Las Vegas operations.

Throughout his tenure, Mumford has demonstrated a keen ability to create efficiencies while simultaneously driving business growth.

Adrian Ridge, President and CEO of Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases Group, expressed confidence in Mumford’s abilities, stating: “Jeff is a proven leader with an admirable dedication to continuous improvement.

“He is recognised for his ability to drive transformational change while maintaining focus on growing the business.”

Mumford’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Literature and Linguistics from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

He also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, further enhancing his qualifications for this senior leadership role.

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases Group is a global leader in providing cryogenic equipment and solutions.

The company plays a crucial role in facilitating the cryogenic and liquid side value chains for various industrial gases, including hydrogen, ammonia, CO2, and LNG.

Their services cater to diverse markets such as energy, transportation, marine, aerospace, and industrial gases, while maintaining independence from specific molecules.

This appointment comes at a time of significant growth for Nikkiso, with the company continuing to strengthen its position in the global market for clean energy and industrial gas solutions.
