Delta, a power management and smart green solutions business, has showcased its latest innovations at the All Energy expo, demonstrating its commitment to a sustainable future.
The company unveiled three groundbreaking technologies: the LFP battery container, the All in One (AiO) Energy Storage System, and a prototype of its Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) hydrogen technology.
Delta’s LFP battery container is designed for grid-scale and industrial energy storage applications. This high-density solution offers scalable capacity from 708 kWh to 7.78 MWh, housed in a standard 10-foot shipping container.
The system’s compact design and simple installation process enable rapid deployment, making it ideal for various spatial and capacity requirements.
The AiO Box, with a capacity of 125 kW/279 kWh, integrates a power conditioning system, advanced battery system, and cooling system into a single compact unit.
Its liquid-cooled battery modules maintain optimal temperature uniformity, enhancing performance and extending battery life.
The versatile system is suitable for various configurations, including grid-tied and off-grid scenarios.
Delta’s prototype SOFC/SOEC hydrogen technology combines a Solid Oxide Electrolysis Cell for hydrogen production with a Solid Oxide Fuel Cell for power generation.
This integrated energy solution offers agile power control and fuel flexibility, making it suitable for powering vehicles, industrial operations, data centres, and microgrids.
Delta plans to launch production-ready units of its SOEC and SOFC technology in 2026.
Chang Tsai-hsing, COO of Delta Electronics Thailand, emphasised the company’s focus on hydrogen energy as a critical path towards sustainable cities and transport.
Tom Hew, Delta Australia Country Manager, highlighted the company’s mission to drive innovation in the APAC region while maintaining a strong focus on sustainability.
Delta’s environmental credentials are impressive, with the company being recognised among the world’s most sustainable companies for 13 consecutive years.
As a key provider of EV charging solutions, with over 3,000,000 electric vehicle chargers sold globally, Delta continues to innovate in sustainability under its ethos of “Smarter. Greener. Together”.
The All Energy expo serves as a platform for Delta to showcase its commitment to developing critical future technologies that will serve not only the Asia Pacific region but also the global market.
