Held under the esteemed patronage of H.E. Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and chaired by H.E. Dr. Mohamed bin Mubarak Bin Daina, Minister of Oil & Environment, the Global Water, Energy & Climate Change Congress (GWECCC) is a flagship initiative of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Hosted by the Ministry of Oil & Environment and UNEP, GWECCC is the region’s premier platform focused on advancing water, energy, and climate security. The congress brings together global leaders, experts, and policymakers to address interlinked challenges, drive strategic dialogue, and promote sustainable solutions for the future of the Arabian Gulf and beyond.
